A deep passion for marketing communication and branding has led me to places such as MTV Networks, NFL, Momentum Worldwide, First Touch Management and the US Air Force. A graduate of Babson College, I fully embrace the entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in bringing that energy to any project I am involved in. I also earned an M.A. in Communication and Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University by publishing a thesis on communication theory as it relates to social media.
Currently, part of the Air Force Public Affairs team I am using my experiences and learnings from the private sector and applying them in the government environment. As a proven and trusted communicator I have designed and implemented the social media program and policy for Air Force Global Strike Command while advising the 3 star General and the designated units that fall within the command. Most recently I am the social media lead for Air Mobility Command where I manage the command social media program and provide trusted council to senior leaders and 15 AMC wings across the country.
I enjoy speaking on social media and communication issues and have spoken and guest lectured a variety of audiences including universities, government communicators, social media conferences and US Air Force public affairs officers.

I stumbled on your blog and was impressed by your posting about servicing the military segment of higher ed students.
I’m doing some research on this, and, was curious if you knew what third party vendors do a good job of marketing and getting the word out to military students. And, any other thoughts/insights you have on the matter I’d be glad to hear.
Thanks,
Jon
